What ever the agents charge for selling your home you need to make sure that you’re getting real value for the fee you’re going to pay because there’s no sense in selling with an agent who has a higher fee, when another agent with a lower fee will provide the same or better advertising and marketing – making the right choice will put thousands in your bank account and not the agents.
