Public health requirements

These guidelines are designed to support the safety and wellbeing of all people involved in real estate transactions and to prevent and limit the risk of spread of COVID-19, and to respond to the highly infectious nature of the Delta variant. We encourage everyone to take a cautious approach to ensure the safety of all involved.

Real Estate in Alert Level 2

All real estate professionals must comply with public health requirements
ie social distancing, wear face masks (includes people aged over 12 & all visitors), use hand sanitiser, sanitise any surfaces touched, provide QR code & hygiene notices at open homes and private viewings, not visit your home if you or anyone you have been in contact with is unwell or are self-isolating

* Have an open home limited to 100 people
